Nefiracetam is derived from the parent molecule Piracetam and shares most structural similarity with Aniracetam.
Nefiracetam is known as a cognitive enhancer that appears to promote memory formation by improving the signaling of acetylcholine and glutamate at the synapses thereafter prolonging the calcium in the activated neuron.
It does not work acutely, for example with a single dose. Instead it appears to be effective when taken over a period of at least 7 days.

Dosage
Due to its relatively short half-life of approx. 3-4 hours, many sources suggest to take 90 - 300mg per day spread across 3 doses.
